Absolutely Disgusting – Infested with Bed Bugs and Filthy Conditions This was by far the worst vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. The townhome was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body, and upon closer inspection, we found actual bed bugs crawling in the mattress. It was horrifying and completely unacceptable. That wasn’t even the only issue — the place was filthy from the start. The refrigerator had dried meat blood pooled at the bottom, the towels were covered in hair (clearly not washed), and the entire space felt neglected and dirty. It was obvious that no one had taken the time to properly clean or prepare the home for guests. To make things even worse, the owner was extremely rude and condescending when we reported the infestation. Instead of showing any concern or offering a refund — especially since we had to leave a night early due to the bed bugs — they dismissed us entirely and refused to take responsibility. We didn’t even stay the last night because we were so horrified after discovering the bed bugs. We had to throw out luggage and clothing just to avoid bringing the infestation home with us. Do NOT stay here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Completely unsanitary, unsafe, and managed by someone who clearly does not care about the wellbeing of their guests.

Despite the condition we enjoyed our stay.

It was spacious and it was so close to the beach.

Floors were dirty. Bedding wasn’t clean. Towels were old. Kitchen and dining room light didn’t work. Tv in master bedroom was old and couldn’t change channels.

Wasn't really impressed

I lived the location. It was just steps away from the beach and very spacious.

I didn't like that the walls and carpet weren't clean. When we took the linen off rhw used beds, the mattress covers had stains on them. Everything is in need of updates and has too many cheap patch jobs.

The townhome was nice! The beds were very comfty! There are a lot of steps going upstairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the rental for you.
