Loved the location. It was far enough out of the hussel and bussel of the city, but with the public transportation available, it was so handy to just catch a bus and get anywhere. Coles is just a 7 minutes walk away and a coffee shop just outside, which is perfect for that morning coffee. Would definitely Stay again.

Check in was easy , Yaliya at reception was very helpful and friendly . Her warm smile was very welcoming after a long day of travelling.
Apartment was clean and spacious , we were upgraded to a bigger apartment which was a bonus.
Queena another receptionist on another day helped fixed the washing machine and unclogged the hand basin drain . Both girls were extremely helpful and resourceful.
Definitely recommend this hotel to friends .
Had issue with the internet, after 2 days of being able to receive emails that function seemed to stop .
Receptionist Queena rang Tech Services but they were not helpful , ended up hot spotting.

Excellent room with great facilities at the hotel. Down stairs, just outside the hotel there is an amazing rib place, accompanied by a great little cafe for breakfast. Located right beside the Gabba so those into their cricket this is the perfect hotel. The staff went out of their way to help with anything too and were amazing. A little bonus too, unlike a lot of other hotels in the city, the parking was free and secure in their locked up private parking area.

Property was really nice but cleanliness was not good.
I work with Quest apartment as a housekeeper and compare to it was not good enough.
