Rooms were clean spacious and with excellent facilities and well appointed
The check in procedure is the most complex I have used. But once navigated works well
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Nice room with everything I needed, complete with a kitchen and laundry.
An ashtray outside would be nice. For a person used to having assistance from hotel staff, using an app for everything can be highly frustrating for even the smallest things because there's nobody around to help. Water from the shower leaked out a little.
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Clean, quiet, central location, safe and secure. Really enjoyed the non-human contact and using the app and phone instead of keys to open the apartment, lifts and parking.
Washing machine was difficult to use being that it automatically dried my clothes after washing them which I didn’t want. Was not user friendly to stop the drying of the load to automatically occur. The additional parking charge should be made clearer at time of browsing accommodation options.

Was clean and good size
Way too noisy facing Vulture St.Sirens all night.Ned was so uncomfortable
