Aliée Istanbul - A Paris Society Collection Hotel

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel. Tiene un diseño muy cuidado, es moderno y se nota la calidad de los materiales. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas realmente cómodas. Además, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con mejores vistas, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. La bienvenida fue estupenda: nos dejaron una botella de prosecco, unos sándwiches y unos dulces deliciosos. Al llegar tuvimos algunos problemas técnicos para realizar el pago, pero los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables, pacientes y comprensivos, y nos ayudaron en todo momento. El spa es espectacular. Recomiendo especialmente probar la experiencia del hammam, merece mucho la pena.

Lo único que nos molestó un poco fueron las obras que hay actualmente al lado del hotel. El ruido de la maquinaria se escuchaba incluso sobre las 23:00 y, además, las obras hacen difícil pasear por los alrededores, que de otra manera serían muy agradables. También recomiendo comprobar la dirección cuando se pide un taxi desde el hotel. En nuestro caso, por error indicaron al taxista una dirección equivocada y tuvimos que corregirla nosotros. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Es un hotel precioso, cómodo y con muchísimo estilo, al que volveríamos encantados.

Aliee Istanbul feels like a world of its own, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was excellent, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff and their exceptional 24-hour attention to guests’ needs. I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a stunning view, which made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and truly relaxing escape!

Some hotels impress you with their beauty, others with their service. But every once in a while, you come across a place that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Aliée Istanbul has been exactly that for our family. From the beautiful atmosphere and attention to the smallest details to the warmth and professionalism of the entire team, our experience has been truly exceptional. What makes this hotel stand out isn’t simply the luxury, but the people behind it. The way the team listens, remembers the little things, and genuinely goes out of their way to make guests happy is something very special. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Atıl Seran, Director of Front Office. His personal attention, kindness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression on us. The fact that he personally took the time to meet with us, listen to our experience, and make us feel valued speaks volumes about the level of hospitality this hotel represents. Our family has felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. My mother has been especially happy, and seeing her enjoy every moment means more to me than words can express. It was also my brother’s first visit to Istanbul, and this hotel has made his first impression of the city even more memorable. What I appreciate most is that the team doesn’t just provide excellent service — they make you feel that your happiness truly matters. Luxury can be found in many places, but genuine hospitality is rare. And that is exactly what makes Aliée Istanbul so special. To Mr. Atıl and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our time in Istanbul so beautiful. You have given us more than a wonderful hotel experience — you have given us memories we will always cherish. We will definitely look forward to returning. 🤍

I loved everything

This was my second stay at the hotel and we genuinely like the facility and appreciate the ambition behind the concept. The property shows significant investment and offers very spacious rooms — our upgraded room was exceptionally large with impressive high ceilings. The spa facilities are the best in town, and the breakfast quality itself is high. The gym is also absolutely stunning!

Overall, we feel the hotel is significantly overpriced for Istanbul considering the level of service provided. The team often felt inattentive and not very well organized. At this price category, a more personal approach and guest recognition would be expected, especially on a return stay, but this was missing. Communication with the butler via WhatsApp was polite but not particularly helpful, and it took almost a week and several follow-ups to receive a simple expense invoice. Operational staff were highly visible throughout the property, including cleaners frequently using guest elevators and moving through public areas — something that usually feels more discreetly managed in comparable luxury hotels. In the spa, several elements were not fully functioning (especially the jacuzzis), and despite visiting daily, we were only proactively offered service on the last day. The high temperature spa thermometers are super hot be careful to not burn your fingers… we told tht to the team at the first visit but … next time it remained unchanged…Heating in the rooms relies on air conditioning, which made it difficult to achieve comfortable warmth during winter and created very dry air. Breakfast is extremely expensive (around €150), and again the service level did not match the premium pricing.
