A great hotel in a super location for enjoying Sapa town. Room was so nice after the homestays on Ha Giang loop, it felt like a real treat. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, I felt really well looked after when I checked in at 10pm.
Breakfast was average but I found some nice local coffee shops to get my morning fix of caffeine each day

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially thanks to the staff Tran Minh Chau ( Tina ). She was extremely helpful in arranging a cab for me quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly stood out. Overall, the hospitality and service at the hotel were excellent, and I really appreciated the warm and attentive support throughout my stay. Highly recommended !! Tina is an asset to the hotel 👍👍 kudos
