We had a really lovely stay at Hello Sapa Hotel!! Honest review, our room was very nice, with beautiful views of the lake, and we slept so comfortably. The beds were big and super comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days of travelling.
The location was also great, right next to the lovely lake and within walking distance of everything in Sapa town, so it was really easy to just walk everywhere around.
A special mention to Mia, who was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. We arrived at 6 a.m. after taking a night bus, and she kindly let us take a shower even before check-in. She also arranged a trekking trip with a local guide for us, helped us with everything we needed and was always so warm, friendly and accommodating. Before our next night bus, she even offered us the chance to take another shower, which was incredibly thoughtful and made such a difference to our trip.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious pancakes!
Overall, we had a great experience, and Mia really made our stay extra special with her kindness and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were so kind and helpful. We had a perfect Sapa experience because the owners helped arrange for the car service and also provided us with so many suggestions on where to go, what to do and eat. Thank you Hello Sapa!
