Neat and tidy
The pool which is advertised is more like a spa.

The best place we have stayed in in Vietnam - the staff were amazing, so friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. We also loved the pool area - a nice getaway from the busy old town! Location was also great - right in the heart of the Old Town.
Nothing - everything was fantastic!
