I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The housekeeping team was equally amazing, incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive.
The hotel is very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. One of the biggest advantages is the room size. Compared to other hotels in the city, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and well-designed.
The location is another huge plus! The hotel is right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area and reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafés.
Having stayed at other hotels in the city, I can confidently say this one stands out in terms of cleanliness, comfort, room size, and hospitality.
Excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Valentina! Everything was exactly as described. Our room was lovely, the bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast was great, and we really appreciated being able to choose what we wanted to eat each morning.
A special thank you to Jimmy, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay! The staff really went above and beyond. They even managed to find a scale for us so we could weigh our suitcases before heading to the airport. Such a thoughtful gesture!
The location was also perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.
We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. If we ever come back to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again! ❤️
Highly recommended!

Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, ATMs, spa’s and bars were great around the hotel. Staff were awesome

Staff is very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The noise! It's so loud that I cannot get any sleep at all. There's so much noise from the street. I've had better sleep at party hostels. Right now it feels like sleeping with the door open to the balcony facing the street. The door needs to be sealed with weathering strips. Came here as a group and not one of us could enjoy the room with all the honking cars and motorbike outside.
Also this "free upgrade" is not really an upgrade. Having a balcony on the 2nd floor closer to the street noise and an extra twin size bed is pointless for guests of 2. Don't sell me bullsht and tell me it's gold.
They will also harass you if you leave a bad review, and continue asking for a 5 star review.
