This cozy, well-furnished 2-room apartment for 2 people in Scharbeutz is the ideal getaway for a relaxing vacation as a couple or on your own. The building has an elevator that takes you to the third floor. The beautiful sandy beach, spa gardens, and shopping are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Right in the apartment’s entryway, you’ll find a spacious closet with a shoe cabinet. The living area features a comfortable couch with an armchair, a TV, and a small, cozy dining nook for two people. You can spend your evening in peace on one of the two balconies and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The bed in the bedroom measures 1.60 m x 2.00 m with separate mattresses (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). You’ll also find a large wardrobe here that offers plenty of storage space for all your luggage.
The enclosed kitchen has everything you need: an oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher—nothing is missing. A blender and a milk frother are also handy kitchen appliances here.
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. All windows have blackout pleated blinds.
There is a parking space next to the house. In the shared basement, a washing machine is available for a fee, and a drying room is also provided. The house offers an outdoor bicycle parking area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! Pets are not allowed here! Non-smoking apartment!
