Stylishly furnished across 39 m² for two guests, the “Wind, Sun, Waves” vacation rental offers a special ambiance with a fresh, maritime look. The highlight is the large balcony, from which you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.
Location
The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 450 meters from the apartment. The center of Scharbeutz, as well as various shopping options, are just a few minutes’ walk away, and Scharbeutz train station is less than a 15-minute walk away.
Living
The vacation apartment, with its striking and distinctive look, is superbly equipped and is located on the 3rd floor, which is easily accessible by elevator. The studio apartment is cleverly laid out: from the cozy couch area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony, which faces northeast. You can see the Baltic Sea on the horizon. Of course, the large window front can be fully darkened, as the comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide) is located in the living area. The small but well-equipped kitchen is just a short walk from the adjacent dining area; the dining table seats three people. The built-in closets in the hallway offer plenty of storage space. The en suite bathroom, featuring a large corner shower, a towel warmer, and a toilet, rounds out this stylish vacation apartment. The washer and dryer in the shared basement can be used for a fee.
Entertainment
A flat-screen TV is available in the living room, and Wi-Fi access is also part of the entertainment options.
