Kamal made the check-in process smooth and easy, answered our questions with patience, and made us feel valued as guests. His outstanding customer service set a wonderful tone for our stay. This hotel and spa is a beautiful hidden oasis set right in the middle of the chaotic market. The building is gorgeous, the open-air pool cool and wonderful, and the food is excellent. A highlight was the kind and helpful staff, who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. One warning for those who go to bed early - the restaurant has live music every night, and it is very loud from the adjacent rooms until just after 10 pm
