Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

Only the fact that there is a private parking area.

The floor was extremely dirty. We had to clean it ourselves, and the cleaning mat turned completely black. It was obvious that the floor had not been properly cleaned. The windows had serious insulation problems, allowing cold air to enter the room and creating constant noise due to the poor sealing. Despite contacting the company and raising our concerns several times, we were treated dismissively, as if our complaints were unreasonable. We also contacted Booking.com repeatedly, but unfortunately, no effective action was taken. To make matters even worse, the toilet made an incredibly loud noise and shook every time we flushed it. This was completely unacceptable and added to an already very unpleasant experience. In the end, we had no choice but to stay, but we barely slept throughout the night due to the constant noise and cold air coming through the windows. The bed was another major issue. It was too small for two people and squeezed between two walls, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to get in and out. You practically have to climb into it. This is not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous, particularly if you need to get out of bed during the night. I travel extensively and have stayed in many different accommodations across numerous countries, but I have rarely encountered such a disappointing experience. The lack of cleanliness, the poor maintenance, the uncomfortable and potentially unsafe bed, and, above all, the complete lack of proper customer service made our stay unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

Modern apartment in walking proximity to Krakow city centre.

Location close to the city centre. Enough space. Beautiful bathroom. Fast reply by the host on request - got additional towels. Air condition works fine. Parking space included in garage.

The apartment is a bit on the loud side with open windows. But okay with closed windows.

Super Lage und man hat alles was man benötigt in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war natürlich die Parkgarage. Check-In sowie Kontakt mit der Unterkunft haben auch problemlos funktioniert

Das Bügeleisen hat wohl leider einen Defekt und hat uns beim Versuch zu bügeln die Stromsicherung rausgehauen, aber es war jetzt nichts schlimmes
