From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had expected only to leave our luggage before check-in, but she let us into the apartment early, which made such a lovely start to our trip.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and exceptionally cosy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, lovely bed linen and a very comfortable bed. The beautiful balcony was another highlight. Every detail made it feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
Our host was always available on WhatsApp and made everything easy. On our departure day, she kindly let us leave our luggage until the evening. We could even return during the day to add our shopping to our bags — such a thoughtful and practical gesture that allowed us to enjoy our last day without worrying about our suitcases.
Everything was simply perfect. Thank you, Eliza, for your warmth, generosity and care. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this lovely apartment!

Its located in a perfect spot in the old town of Krakow, near the train station and close to all the old town attractions yet hidden on a quiet street . We really enjoyed hearing the clip clip of the horses coming by periodically . It is beautifully appointed with the modern creature comforts and decorated with period pieces that are stunning.
There is no elevator which is not unusual for such a vintage building and only mentioning this for anyone who has mobility concerns

Excellent location, room and building had lots of character (even the furniture was impressive), air conditioning worked well, great introduction on arrival (most detailed intro ever received!) and ease of communication made it a great trip.
