I enjoyed my 4 night stay at the Clouds Hotel. Whoever designed and built this hotel that occupies the 5th floor of a new building has pride and high standards. My room was good sized, the bed was good sized, there was a desk and a refrigerator. The en suite bathroom was fine. The breakfast served across the hall was all of good quality food and tastily prepared. The location was convenient to downtown Tashkent by taxis, which are convenient and affordable. There's a super market across the street and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel compared very well to others, and the price was right.
The signs on the street level could have more clearly indicated that the entrance to the hotel is at the rear of the building, tucked away and out of sight.

Convenient location for the airport and high speed rail station
Bathroom a good size
Late checkin and early checkout was ok
Towels appeared clean but smelt like mildew.
Bed very hard
Note if travelling alone, the door opens outward into the hall so you can't use a typical under door security device on it
