房間寬敞舒適，床鋪是我在烏茲別克睡過最好睡的，房間設計簡雅大方，淋浴的水壓非常強熱水也夠熱。 服務人員態度皆很好，會盡可能幫你解決問題。 旅館離塔什干國際機場很近。 晚上睡覺非常安靜。

早餐選擇少，建議可以再更好。 旅館目前正經歷新一批管理人員，整體有些混亂，但應該會越來越上軌道。

Very good value for money! Staff (Zafar his name is as I remember) was very responsive and helpful.

Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта, до центральной улицы и магазина мин. 10 пешком, до метро Ташкент мин. 30 пешком, но на общественном транспорте удобно можно добраться в любую точку. Сам отель не большой, 2 этажа примерно 8 номеров. Номер стильный с высокими потолками, просторным санузлом. В номере одна большая кровать, и односпальная, пуфик, зеркало, электрочайник (2 пакетика чая) и телевизор, ХОЛОДИЛЬНИК на первом этаже общий. Нас было 3, а полотенец 2 больших, 2 маленьких, 2 зуб.щетки, 2 мыльца, 2 шампуня, фен. Персонал в отеле по общению приятный и доброжелательный. Уборка в номере в течении 5 дней ниразу не производилась, полотенца сама просила поменять. Во внутреннем дворике качели, 2 шезлонга, небольшой бассейн, но чистый, вода комфортная была.

Завтраки были указаны что шведский стол, но на самом деле порционная тарелка (с холодным жаренным яйцом, 1/4 тостера, 1 долька помидора, 2 дольки огурчика, 2 дольки дыни, 1 долька яблока, маленькое пирожное, солевая сосиска, и 4 кусочка соевой колбаски.) Чай, лепешка, сахар. Воду питьевую в номер ни разу не принесли, я наливала утром когда шли завтракать, там стояла 5л бутылка.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were good. The location was also convenient. Unfortunately, despite these positives, our overall experience was disappointing due to the service we received.

The biggest concern was the reception staff's honesty, professionalism, and communication. During check-in, our total stay cost USD 45, and we paid USD 50. The receptionist said he did not have change, even in local currency, and promised to exchange the money and return the remaining USD 5 later. However, he never returned it. It is not about the amount, but about honesty, trust, and keeping promises made to guests. This left a very negative impression. Another disappointing experience was the lack of accurate information about breakfast timings. Since we had an early train the next morning and needed to leave by 8:30 AM, we specifically asked the night receptionist when breakfast would start. He was unsure and suggested it might begin at 8:30 or 9:00 AM. Based on this, we assumed we would miss breakfast. However, when we were checking out at 8:30 AM, we noticed that breakfast had actually started much earlier. We had to rush to grab a few things to eat before leaving for our long train journey. Had the staff provided the correct information, we could have planned our morning properly and enjoyed breakfast without rushing. Additionally, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell from the moment we first entered the room, which needs to be addressed. Although the room and facilities were good, these experiences significantly affected our stay. The hotel needs to improve its staff training, transparency, communication, and bathroom maintenance. A comfortable room alone does not make up for poor guest service.
