Do not book this apartment if you do not want to be misled, disappointed, frightened, and forced to sleep in used, dirty
Nothing.
There was absolutely nothing to like. The stay was a complete nightmare. The apartment was dirty, unsafe, misleadingly advertised, and extremely uncomfortable. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and nothing about this stay met even basic expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the problems started. The bed linen had clearly not been changed after the previous guests. It was the same linen, only straightened, with visible stains. We arrived before check-in time to leave our luggage, before the cleaners came, and we saw the stained linen ourselves. At check-in, nothing had been changed. We had to sleep in our clothes.
The apartment is advertised for 6 people, but in reality it is not suitable for that number. Everything (chairs, plates, glasses) is only enough for 4 people. The sofa intended for additional guests is extremely hard, unstable, moves from side to side, and sleeping on it feels like sleeping on a wooden board.
There is also a serious lack of privacy: part of the toilet is made of mesh/glass, so when someone uses the toilet, the rest of the people must leave the main area. Otherwise, everything inside is visible. This is completely unacceptable for an apartment advertised for families or groups.
The worst incident happened at night. While we were sleeping, we heard someone trying to unlock the door. Because our key was inside, they couldn’t enter, so they started knocking. Four adult men entered the apartment and told us they had a reservation for the same dates and that we had to leave. This caused severe fear and emotional distress. It was late at night, strangers entered the apartment, and we felt unsafe. We showed our reservation and messages, but they insisted. It appears the apartment was double-booked. If we had not been inside, these people would have entered and stayed in our booked accommodation.
In the morning, when the cleaners arrived while we were checking out, they did not change the used bed linen. They only shook it out and put it back on the bed for the next guests, exactly the same way it had been left for us.
This stay completely ruined our time in Vienna. The accommodation failed basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, privacy, and safety. Avoid this place.

Might be a pragmatic solution because of the location, the space and the price.
The location is perfect, cca 20 min to Schottentor (almost the city center). The flat is spacious. We got detailed instructions in advance. The price / value ratio is good.
Somewhat worn-out furniture and equipment (particularly in the kitchen, where there were only 3 chairs), further efforts should be put in the cleaning.
Sleeping rooms are noisy because of the heavy traffic (true, the windows are really good if you keep them closed you cannot hear the noise).

1 night by transit
Large apartment in a good location. Enough for a group of friends relaxing on the weekend.
You can hear trains passing a bit at the height of the windows. Part of the group was bothered by it, but most didn't pay attention to it
