Perfect location.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from PGE stadium if you’re heading out to a gig. Nice old style building.

Keys have to be collected and dropped off from a different location which is inconvenient when trying to rush back for a flight. There is ant infestation in the apartment so you can’t leave any food lying around.

Avoid at all costs.

The only good thing is the location.

- The worst bed/mattress I ever had in years of travelling the globe: so soft that we kept rolling into the middle, like in a hammock. Thank god it was a short stay, we weren’t able to sleep there well. - Cleanliness: the dust and cobwebs in the corners. - Overall, shabby: the light in the fridge is off, the sink in the bathroom and the shower are clogged and got full of water every time we used them (see photos). - The company is cheap, trying to cut corners on everything: kitchenware - the cheapest and half-ruined, no glasses, just 3 plates of every kind so you’ll have to wash up immediately, no hand towels (only 2 shower towels), no staples like salt and sugar, although the salt shaker is there. The window handles are broken, so you can’t ventilate properly. - Nobody cares about customers: the communication is non-existent, only automatic messages. I wrote a message with a request and got the answer 2 days later, when it wasn’t relevant already. - Horrible check-in and check-out: you have to pick and drop the keys in in another building about 300 meters away (fun with luggage when it rains). Why, if you can get inside by inputting digits on the intercom and there is a safe box next to the door? Overall, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the description doesn’t match what you get.

A localização.
