Nice apartment, great value, with the best location in Warsaw.

The location is perfect, right on Nowy Swiat street, where all the bars, restaurants, and cafes. The room itself is not big, but it’s well equipped with everything you need. The shower and toilet was very clean, and you also have a laundry machine of you need. That’s not a fancy apartment, but if you are a solo travel, it will fill all your need,s and the price is valuable compared to other apartments in this location. Soby is a great host, easy to communicate with,helped me with everything I needed, and he also gave me some recommendations about the city.

Would we want to book this apartment again? Definitely yes!

This apartment was for us a life-saver, as we had had a particularly bad experience with another accommodation that day. A super friendly host met us in the evening and handed us the keys to a very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of a very lively Nowy Swiat street. The apartment is perfect for a short-time stay in Warsaw, it is clean and warm. We were very pleasantly surprised with the sound isolation of the windows. The street is very noisy at night, but closing the windows removes at least 80% of the noise, so sleeping was no problem. The street itself has a lot of cafes and restaurants, so you will hardly have to cook inside (although the apartment is equipped with a simple cooking panel and a fridge)

Although the apartment would benefit from a kitchen sink, washing dishes in the bathroom sink was not a problem at all, since we mostly ate outside or ordered takeaway food.

The property dos not meet booking.com requirements. Very arrogant and ignorant owner.

Location

The entrance to the property is located between two gates. Gates are closed. We managed to get inside somehow, but then the gates shut down. We get trapped. There is no sign or any other information in front of the door. We called the owner twice. No answer. It was 9.45 p.m. Warsaw's 112 just ignored us. Then came a man. We tried to ask him about where exactly we are. In an impolite way, he told us that he had to prepare the room for the guests and run away. Later, it turned out that we were those guests. When asked why he didn't answer calls, arrogantly, at first, he told us that he had forgotten his phone in the car, and a couple of minutes later, that the phone had discharged. According to him, because we informed him about the planned arrival time at 10 p.m., we made a new agreement, and we can enter the apartment not earlier than 10 p.m., even if the time of arrival on booking.com clearly says from 3.00 pm. A crook and a liar. The property is not a studio! There is not a very big apartment, divided into three rooms. The entrance door is for all rooms, and the washing machine is in the doorway and is shared by all rooms. What you get is one of these rooms. The room itself is the smallest one I have ever seen. There is no kitchenette, because there is not enough space for it, and there is no water tap. Half of the tabletop is blocked by a wardrobe. The electric extension on the table is old and not safe. Both beds are small, not full-size, very old, and uncomfortable. When you use the second chair for the table, you have to put it on your shoes close to the door, that's how small the place is. All surfaces were sticky when touched. We smelled cigarettes in the room. It wasn't from the street. We kept the window open sometimes, but never smelled cigarettes again. The window was dirty. The entryway smelled disgusting, because below the room is an Asian restaurant.

The host was very nice. Great location! Small but perfect for a solo traveler.

It’s a bit noisy outside, but that was expected since it’s in the very center of Nowy Świat street.

Ubicación excelente para zona de ocio y la plaza donde comienzan los freetours (a cinco minutos). La habilitación es pequeña. Muy buen aislante acústico con las ventanas , a pesar de todo el ruido de ocio en la calle en la habitación no se oía nada y podías descansar sin problema.
