About this apartment rental
The Strandblick Stein vacation rental stands out for its outstanding location right by the beach: Just 25 meters separate you from the fine-sand shore of Stein Bay on the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its exclusive front-row location by the sea, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally sweeping panoramic view of the water, which you can take in from both your own terrace and the living room.
The spacious apartment is located on the mezzanine level and offers 48 square meters of space, enough to comfortably accommodate up to four people. The layout includes a separate bedroom with high-quality tile flooring—as does the living room, which features a cozy sofa area, a dining area, and a modern 44- to 55-inch TV with international digital channels. The open-concept design of the kitchen and living area ensures the space always feels airy and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, additional freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and toaster, as well as a wide range of kitchen utensils. Dishes, cutlery, and dish towels are also provided.
Central floor heating ensures a high level of comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. You’ll also have access to a full-length mirror, a dresser, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, and an iron. A washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack are shared among residents to ensure that even longer stays remain comfortable.
The terrace, furnished with patio furniture and offering direct access to the shared garden, invites you to spend sunny hours there or relax as the evening winds down with a view of the sea. The vacation rental is particularly well-suited for families who appreciate a child-friendly and peaceful environment, but it’s also attractive to couples, nature lovers, and active travelers. Allergy-friendly amenities are provided, as well as a modern, contactless check-in and check-out.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find not only the sandy beach and ocean views but also numerous recreational opportunities: From beach volleyball, water sports, and sailing to jogging, biking, and Nordic walking, as well as birdwatching, hiking, and horseback riding. Leisure options also include bowling, a movie theater, a theater, museums, a botanical garden, and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (a supermarket is about 2,000 meters away, and a restaurant is 1,000 meters away). Medical care is also available through a nearby doctor and hospital.
The apartment is designated as a non-smoking property; youth groups are not permitted. An internet connection with at least 100 Mbit/s ensures a reliable connection—whether for sharing vacation photos or working from home occasionally. For families, the apartment features a thoughtfully curated initial setup and ample storage space, including a shoe closet and a coat rack.
Thanks to the region’s wide range of sports and relaxation options, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable stay that harmoniously combines the beauty of nature, a focus on what truly matters, and modern living comfort. Book the Strandblick Stein vacation rental and enjoy the benefits of an exclusive location with an extraordinary ocean view.
