Then here’s your place to stay for your next Baltic Sea vacation.
This accommodations are located on the edge of a new development in Stein. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach from here.
Please note: The new development is not yet fully developed. The infrastructure here still needs to develop (no paved roads; construction work on neighboring houses in the development area and road construction planned for the period from June 2025 to October 2025). Construction noise is possible at any time between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. (as of 09/2024). In addition, we live with our children on the upper level of the building. The apartment is located in the basement of our house. For this reason, this accommodations are not particularly suitable for singles, couples, or people seeking complete peace and quiet.
Shopping options and children’s playgrounds are very close by.
The apartment is located in the basement but is still bright and filled with natural light.
Optional services available for booking:
- Dog: 61.76 EUR per stay
- Linen package: 30.88 EUR per person per stay
