It was a really good and convenient spot for a retrogaming collector

Proximity to Akihabara and Retrogaming stores

Nothing though the handle to the stairs on the way to 3rd floor could use some fixing.

Horrible place, horrible host, horrible experience

- location was semi decent with plenty of restaurants nearby and being about a 10 minute walk from the station - there were 2 showers and 3 toilets - beds were soft

- I don't know if it was an oversight from booking.com or the host but the check-in details were completely omitted from the booking information, we arrived at 10pm and it took an hour of multiple emails, calls and texts before I was given a few emergency contacts from the host for English speakers After doing a trunk call with my foreign line I managed to call but the person behind the line could not, in fact, speak English at all and through my limited Japanese managed to get a key that was supposed to be detailed in the check-in information - the place is a claustrophobe's worst nightmare with an extremely narrow staircase and an even tinier shower and toilet (you literally had to squeeze your hand against the wall just to flush the toilet) - the photoes are extremely deceiving showing only the beds (that's pretty much the whole space you're gonna get) - the toilet/shower barely allowed you space to clean yourself and the drainage is too high on one of the toilets and didn't drain well, it was full of bugs - 3 really large flies were flying around and the place was run down with wallpaper peeling off the walls, handrails coming loose from their screws and a really musky odour just covered the whole place, on top of being really dirty and dusty - with the stairs being so narrow I actually slipped and bruised myself quite badly - the beds were soft but some were really dusty and the rooms were really really tiny as well - seriously even if you were on a budget just go to a capsule hotel or a manga cafe. If you're with family then just fork up more cash, the pain and suffering is NOT worth it
