新飯店，應有盡有
電梯有點小且會些微晃動有點恐怖、住宿大門不會關，若有心人士要進入非常方便、住二樓聞的到外面的煙味

The instructions provided where very clear and was very easy to get help from the app. Keys where in a locker box and rooms where very easy to identify.
Perhaps having a luggage storage facility near the accommodation for people who have later flights. Maybe a storage room with locker combination?

The location was great! Easy walk to Ueno station and near lots of convenience stores like 7-eleven and family mart. The place was spotless too.
The sofa bed ( which my husband was on, as myself and our toddler took the bed) was really uncomfortable, short in length and rocked when you moved too much. This was the biggest downside of the property. Luckily we were only staying a few nights.
