About this house rental
This 4-bedroom house, featuring a sauna, hot tub, and wood-burning stove, is about a 3-minute walk from Lenster Beach. It’s about 1 km to Grömitz and about 10 km to Neustadt. Dogs and cats are also very welcome here. They can romp around to their heart’s content on the fenced-in property.
The vacation home was taken over from the previous owner, Ms. Lemke, in March 2017.
This 4-bedroom detached house, equipped with a whirlpool tub, guest bathroom, and small sauna, is modern and comfortably furnished for 6 people, and the property is completely fenced in. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bed measuring approximately 1.40 x 2.00 m, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and sauna, and a light-filled living room of approximately 30 square meters. This living area features a dining nook, modern furnishings, a large satellite TV, and a DVD/CD player. A Danish wood-burning stove adds a rustic, cozy touch. The kitchen—which features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a sink, a coffee maker, and a toaster, as well as plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses, and cutlery—is typically Danish in style and adjoins the living room. A grill and patio furniture for the terrace, which is located right off the living room, round out the amenities. On the upper floor is an open-concept loft connected to the living room, from which two additional bedrooms with TVs branch off. One bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, and the other has two beds (approx. 0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be pushed together. The house has Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that, as is typical for a Danish vacation home, the bedrooms and closet spaces are not very large. There is also a children’s play area with a trampoline, swing, slide, and climbing wall.
