- Integrated, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave, dining area for 4 people
- Furnished balcony facing south and east with a view of the dike and a partial view of the Baltic Sea
- Bedroom with two single beds placed in a corner
- Bathroom modernized in 2025 with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer
The apartment includes a parking space at the building. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A beach chair from the Krebs beach chair rental (dog-free beach / near Pizzaria Espresso) is included for the booked period during the season (April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026)!
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the house can use a fitness room, an abdominal and back exercise machine, an exercise bike, and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles) free of charge.
