- Living area with a cozy sofa set and TV wall,
integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people
- Large furnished rooftop terrace facing south and east with a view over the dike to the Baltic Sea and the promenade
- Bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, and 2 windows with exterior shutters
- Bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and heated towel rack
The apartment includes a parking space in a single-car garage! Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the building can use a “fitness room,” an abdominal and back exercise machine
as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles) free of charge.

Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis in diese Wohnung zu kommen und die Aussicht zu erleben. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Dahme und Umgebung sind immer einen Urlaub wert.
Kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Lattenroste, die knarzen jedesmal wenn man sich bewegt, könnte man mal austauschen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen mit schönem Ausblick auf die Ostsee, sehr gut eingerichtet und gemütlich, vielleicht könnte man darüber nachdenken, 1 markise auf balkon anbringen, da ja keine überdachung ist. bei starkem und heissem sonnenschein kann man es nicht aushalten und nicht draussen sitzen auf dem schönen balkon.

Superschöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Aussicht jeden Morgen aufs Meer, ist unbeschreiblich. Kann ich nur wämstens weiter empfehlen.
