Help yourself breakfast in a communal kitchen , nice choices
Would have been nice to have fresh coffee or coffee bags

Ben the owner couldn’t do enough to make our stay any better.
He provides a quality breakfast from M&S and fresh fruit. There are rain coats and umbrellas to borrow in case of inclement weather.
The room was small but really lovely with air conditioning and a Percy bathroom equipped with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. In the medicine cabinet where items that you may need including nail clippers and tampax
Everything has been clearly thought out to make this a luxury stay in a great area.

Communication was fantastic, the room was clean and the shared kitchen was extremely well stocked with complimentary food, snacks, beers and breakfast. Everything we needed was there even including spare toothbrushes etc etc.
The room and ensuite was small but beautifully decorated. The road noise was noticeable

The location
The concierge was awful. The decor is outdated. The breakfast was bad.
