Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was simple and small but had everything I needed, including hangers, and was spotless.
It was all good

The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were friendly
This isn't a gripe but the bedsheet wasn't 'fitted' so it kind of rolled up and I had to remake the bed. Nothing major though!

Its position was good close to London fields train station. Although it was not situated on the Main Street! Management were super friendly and helpful.
No tea making facilities in the room. No lift. An exceptionally noisy water pump which went on and off throughout the night! The Inn was full So we Could not be moved! Mattress was covered in plastic which was uncomfortable and caused sweating! One pillow per person.
