Spacious bedroom and living area and the kitchen was excellent.

The apartment was designed with amazing taste and high quality products. You feel immediately home. Beds are great!

I honestly cannot recommend this property enough! From the beautiful apartment to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was absolutely stunning, modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully designed. The bathrooms were immaculate, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the smart TV had all the apps and entertainment options we needed, and the pool table was such a fantastic addition! We had so much fun and genuinely enjoyed spending time in the apartment. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible team behind the property. Their professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness were on another level. When we needed assistance understanding how to operate the air conditioning, they immediately arranged for a technician to come and help us. Everything was handled so quickly, politely, and efficiently. Even after checking out, when I accidentally left my suitcase behind, their support was extraordinary. They kept it safe, communicated with me throughout the process, and went above and beyond to help arrange its return. Their patience, understanding, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me. A very special thank you to Amelia! She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and thoughtful communication were truly exceptional. I’ve travelled across Europe, and I can genuinely say that this was one of the most impressive hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. It’s rare to come across a team that combines such high standards of professionalism with this level of genuine warmth and care. The apartment itself deserves five stars, but the people behind it deserve even more! Thank you, AYLI, and especially Amelia, for making our stay so memorable. The location and neighbourhood is really nice.

The cleanliness of the property is really bad. The first day we arrived the apartment was so dirty. Floors and table surfaces were stained. The water in the bathtub doesn’t drain out quickly 🤢 which of course made our decision clear of not using it for shower. However we found the housekeeping service horrible, honestly even the young lady who cleans was not very nice.
