The place is very modern and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. It is stunning and super comfortable. The cleanliness was spotless, with housekeeping staff swinging by every day to ensure necessities are replenished and the place remaining clean and comfortable for the guests. The complimentary water, chocolate treats, and little bathroom goodies brought a warm touch to the place. Overall it was a lovely couples birthday weekend getaway in a perfect location (only round the corner from Harrods, cafes, shops, undergrounds etc).
Overall the place was in amazing condition. There is nothing major that we can report back on. I think it is only down to our silliness, but we couldn't quite work out the heating system so the place was a little cold at times. But nothing a jumper can't fix! :D

Стильно, чисто, просторно, комфортно!
Неудобно с чемоданом! Высокая лестница, пришлось спускать и поднимать чемодан самостоятельно! При тяжелом багаже нужна помощь!
И хотелось бы живые цветы по такой цене за номер. 😌

very clean and kept clean with cleaning crew everyday. Secure access and upscale neighborhood. Nighttime hours were quiet. Small kitchen and washer dryer very convenient.
Double pane windows would help mitigate the noise from cars passing by. It is not a busy street, and quiet late night into very early hours, but during the morning and the day there are passing cars.
