Larnaca basic.

Spacious and 2 bathrooms. Handy for families.

These few points could potentially improve ratings i feel:- Cleaning products and kitchen roll Toilet cleaner and extra toilet roll. Damp issues addressed throughout. Cover the fuse board. Raised floor tile outside main bathroom (trip hazard) Black marks (inc a slider mark) on the walls - painted would be an improvement. Fresh flowers rather than plastic. Clean outside area by kitchen so could be used potentially (bird droppings)

Amazing location and owner!

Location and size of these apartments is good. I liked the owner also, he is replying quite fast😊

There was a weird smell, that was from the washing machine. But it is common in Cyprus, so just be careful if you want to wash smth

Correct price - quality in the city center

It is in the city center near to the beach. Modern, well equipped rooms. There are markets, restaurants, bars, car rents in a few minutes walking distance. Easy to come here by bus from the airport.

We can communicate only through Whatsup app. If you want this accomodation, install Whatsup on your phone. The power plugs in the rooms aren't EU standard, there wasn't any converters in the accomodation, so we have to go into the city and find and buy some. We were couple of times in Cyprus, but there were converters everywhere. I left all of the bought converters in the flat, so hopefully next guests will find and use them.

Shame and lack of respect

I liked that I only stayed two nights

The apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. The trash wasn't thrown out, and the linens weren't taken out for washing. There was no hot water, and the bathroom was muddy. I've seen a lot, but these were inhumane conditions. I don't recommend this apartment.

6 / 10Average·Dec 2025

The location, Spacious apartment

One toilet was clogged and unusable, a broken sofa, a broken dining room chair, a washing machine not working, an unusable parking lot due to a vehicle constantly blocking it.
