The apartment is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk, and the local market is a 5-minute walk away. There are restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. Check-in to the apartment was easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The balcony is super spacious, and there is a separate small balcony area specifically for hanging clothes to dry.
One morning we found a small cockroach in the sink, which made us reconsider staying. The area is very noisy, so we could only sleep with the terrace door closed, though we could still hear everything. The shower cabin is extremely small and hard to fit into; if someone is a bit larger, it is a squeeze because the doors only open slightly. The fridge is small, and the freezer compartment can barely fit anything. The bathrobes were torn and looked like they came from a thrift store, so we did not use them at all.

Fab location. 20 steps to the beach. Apartment was cleam. modern and fuctional
In the apartment we stayed in 103, the balcony was lovely, but it looked straight out on a brick wall which was a bit annoying. I knew it's not a block with sea views as it faces away from the sea, but if staying in this block, try and book an apartment on the top 2 floors, view might be better.

Location and staff are absolutely top notch!
Only steps away from Finikoudes, makes that place best location for staying in Larnaka or as your daily trip starting point.
It is clean, have everything (well, almost everything) that you could need. Basic kitchen appliances, AC in the room, hot water in the shower, washing machine and drying racks on the balcony etc.
What more could you expect?
We loved that place.
Lack of drawers, shelfs or proper closet makes you to keep most of your clothes in the suitcase.. yeah - a lot of ironing🤣.
That is not a problem if you're staying only for few days, but in case of 14 nights stay, it can be challenging.

Everything was ok during my 6 days of stay.
One lamp(light) wasn’t working and they didn’t succeed to replace it even during my long stay of 6 days.
