Отель расположен очень удобно - рядом магазины. Здесь же автобусная остановка, поэтому добраться можно в любую точку. Свежий ремонт. Очень удобные кровати. Горячая вода. Есть кондиционеры. Есть стиральная машинка. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым - есть даже капсульная кофе-машина! Рекомендую для проживания!

The bed was really comfortable.
The bathroom was modern and clean, but some extra hooks to hang clothes, toiletry bags etc would be useful.
The apartment was very clean.
The entry system was straightforward and good security when arriving and leaving from the apartment.
It was a half hour walk to the train station. Plenty of cafes and an Aldi supermarket closeby.
Interestingly, the photo showing our studio for this review is not the same studio as the one we rented.
The check-in process with the man (the host) was not at all friendly and welcoming - it was very business-like and brief. This did not create a very good first impression. The girl who then came to "explain everything we need to know" was friendly enough but was in a big hurry and could not wait to leave. We were not given the wi-fi password, and had to msg the host to get it.
The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. There was one spare pillow in the cupboard, and despite asking the host several times to supply another soft pillow, our requests were ignored.
There was nothing supplied, such as you will find in any self-contained apartment - such as tea, coffee, sugar, and even paper towel for the kitchen we had to buy.
The positioning of furniture in the studio was not good. A huge single sofa bed was right beside the bed, leaving very little space to access the bed. That sofa bed was not folded out, and as a "lounge chair" it was not big enough for two people to sit on. It was also positioned right under the TV which was on the wall across the corner, so it is impossible to sit and view the television.
There was nowhere to place suitcases, except for on the floor. So we had to use the bar stools for that.
The information folder said the rubbish tobins were in the courtyard, but the driveway gates to the courtyard were locked when we had to check out, so we could not access the bins to leave our rubbish.

Clean.
Extremely noisey. Air conditioning is set to temperature and we were unable to lower it, so it was very hot all night.
Parking is paid, which is okay but a bit misleading.
