Delightfully spacious for the two of us although bedroom itself is smallish. This was a great location for us arriving by train -about 600m from station over fairly even surfaces to drag your case. It has a lovely ambience and it’s well equipped for our self catering. We really enjoyed coming back from activities and relaxing. Windows open for fresh air but it’s also climate controlled. Bed was comfy and we always felt snug and secure. It’s in the first level up a few flights but there’s also a small lift for luggage transfers and when you’re tired!

Leggendo, vedo che era già stata segnalata: la serratura della porta va sistemata. A Bolzano direi che si può dormire tranquillamente con la porta aperta, però sistemiamola 😉

The apartment is exactly as advertised, and the photos accurately reflect the property. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The recommended parking option worked well, although it is not very close to the apartment.
Unfortunately, this apartment was not cozy at all. It is furnished with only the bare minimum, which makes it feel quite empty and uninviting. If the sofa is being used as a bed, there are no armchairs or comfortable seating available, leaving guests to use the dining table chairs, which are not suitable for relaxing.
As many previous reviews have mentioned, the apartment is very poorly stocked. We were three people staying for four days and were provided with only three bath towels and a single roll of toilet paper. Although there is a washing machine, no laundry detergent was supplied, making it essentially useless during our stay.
The kitchen is also minimally equipped, and basic supplies are lacking throughout the apartment. The only toiletries provided were body wash and a shampoo/conditioner combination. No washcloths were available, and even the bathroom lacked simple necessities such as a drinking glass for brushing your teeth.
In addition, the lighting system is difficult to figure out and use, and the air conditioning did not perform well. Overall, the apartment falls well below the level of comfort and service that many travelers, particularly those accustomed to American hospitality standards, would expect.
This is especially disappointing because the property itself is attractive and has a lot of potential. With some attention to furnishing, comfort, and basic guest amenities, it could easily be elevated to a much higher standard.
