The room is really good, the rooftop area is super nice and the view is stunning and of course the staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful!! Would surely recommend.

Boutique hotel in the centre of town. Beautiful view from rooftop bar: we had a penthouse suit which was very well appointed. Nice breakfast served to room
The rooftop pool can get hot during the day. You can shelter at the pool bar where there is reasonable space however some shade umbrellas would be perfect

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent and truly deserves praise. The hotel is stylish and beautifully designed, both inside and out. There’s a lovely outdoor terrace and a small but pleasant swimming pool. The bed was also large and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not very practical. The shower is semi-open and located opposite the sink, so water gets everywhere, leaving the mirror, sink, and toiletries wet. The room itself is very small, with barely enough space to open a large suitcase, and there’s no proper luggage rack.
Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking an unattractive area, and it was quite noisy at night due to other guests near the reception.
Keep in mind that Labuan Bajo itself can be noisy early in the morning, with the call to prayer from around 4 AM and sounds of ships coming and going from the port. This is more of a location issue than a hotel problem.
