Pulita, ottima posizione e personale super cordiale . Pulizia incredibile e anche avere tutti i servizi come phone ottimo, non quello degli alberghi . C erano tutti i prodotti di beauty.
Assolutamente nulla

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Metro station was a quick walk away. Bed was comfy, didn't hear much from other rooms. Breakfast and drinks delicious. The lounges and greenery surrounds were nice to relax in after a long day exploring. There was also an easy to use laundry room which was great. Overall the accomodation was really enjoyable and suited our 5 night stay.
It seemed like the breakfast time could have used an extra staff member. The one guy on had a lot to do!

Breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. Very comfortable and had such a warm feel. Staff very hospitable, excellent service.
I liked everything, even , that we had the ability to do our laundry. I just thought it was a bit pricey to launder your clothes on the premises.

Cool rooms. Good showers, comfy beds
Automated check in was a shambles.
Then check in itself……Told to come back at 3, but they must have told everyone else that. Room still not ready at 3:45 but have a free upgrade without asking
