Brand-new apartment across from Parque de las Aguas, on the 3rd floor of a building with 3 elevators. 15 minutes from Lima’s Historic Center, 20 minutes from Miraflores, and 45 minutes from the airport. Safe and central location, close to shops, banks, restaurants, etc. Entertainment center with a 75" Smart TV (living room) and a 52" Smart TV (bedroom) with access to streaming platforms, private parking space, fully equipped kitchen, premium double and queen-size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed. Common areas: family room and children’s play area. Free purified drinking water

The department is ok, clean and comfortable. The owner replied every time i needed something. They have 24 hrs security in person. The only downside is that you can't bring visitors or if they need to get inside of the apartment they have to leave their ID in the reception area. Parking outside is very restricted. The location is good and very central to other places.
