1.- Fully equipped kitchen. (rice cooker, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, plates, a frying pan, pot, and wine glasses) plus a microwave and a refrigerator with a water dispenser.
2.- Fully equipped living room, featuring a reading area with a large lamp for a cozy atmosphere, as well as a 55-inch TV to watch your favorite shows
3.- Two fully equipped bathrooms with showers and hot water, as well as clean towels and a shampoo and conditioner dispenser.
4.- Master bedroom, ideal for a couple, featuring a double bed with a floor-to-ceiling closet, sheets provided, and a comforter in case you get cold.
5.- Second bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for two people.
6.- Wi-Fi.
7.- Laundry area available; there is also a washer-dryer available exclusively for guests with long-term stays
8.- Pool and gym available to guests with long-term stays by prior arrangement

Upon entering the building, the first thing you must do is check in at the building’s front desk; then they will verify the number of people, which is 3. If you want to bring in an extra person, there is an additional fee. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people maximum. After that, proceed to the apartment. Please note that the apartment is equipped with a smart lock. To open the door, place your fingers on the top screen of the lock until a digital keypad appears. After that, enter the passcode and press the final # key—we’ll send you the code in due time—and the door will open automatically.
Please DO NOT touch the button on the doorknob itself, as this could lock the lock.
The building has staff at the front desk 24 hours a day.
