The property seemed well-maintained. Very easy check-in and check-out.
You could tell the rooms were put together in a rush. I am assuming that when Kasa took over they remodeled some things. Pictures were crooked. Like the screws were hung crooked so the pictures couldn’t be straightened. Light fixtures were crooked. Doorbell fell off the wall because the screw sunk into the sheet rock. Little stuff. Very clean though. Pull-out couch was decent. I could feel the bar under the mattress by morning, but still not terrible.

Loved the location, the pool was a great way to unwind, & the overall atmosphere had the feel of the Nashville vibe.
Not a dislike, just wanted to let you know, at least the room we stayed in...the bathroom's sink cabinet door (on the left) has a heaviness/spring to it when you open it if you don't open carefully it slams the glass shower door.

The rooms are large and have a fully equipped kitchen, however areas of maintainence did not seem to be in place such as a dangerous cracked window, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the noise issues both from other guests and the trains.
The noise from other guests and from the trains as the property sits on the train track and the trains seem to run mostly in the evening, I would not stay at this accommodation again.
