Very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds
Housekeeping came every day which was nice but they never replenished wash cloths, would leave more towels only. This is a major pet peeve of mine

Loved that the hotel offered frequent free shuttle service to Lower Broadway

It was clean. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was good enough - the cinnamon buns were so good! Pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and the fixings, sausage, etc. Breakfast on weekdays until 9:30 was great. The king room was spacious, with a sleeper sofa. And they have a shuttle to Broadway running all day, until 9:30 pm. This hotel is extremely well run. The only disappointment was that they didn’t have a corkscrew on hand - they have pour by the glass beer, but not wine, so they should have a corkscrew. But excellent overall.

It was clean and close to the hospital where we had a procedure the next morning.
The shower was the worst part as the floors were soaked and it was hard to contain the water in the shower and actually shower at the same time.
