The hotel has a wonderful traditional alpine charm and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and surprised us with a lovely room setup, plus exclusive private access to the sauna and Jacuzzi—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay unforgettabl
Nothing at all, everything was wonderful ,just we felt the water wasn’t clean at the beginning of our stay.

stanza e bagno molto grandi e confortevoli.

Was good for 1 night stay on our journey onwards. Breakfast was decent and it is generally at a quite location not to far from Innsbruck. Wifi was okay. Parking is free in the courtyard, but if you come back late in the evening, hard to find a place.
Room did not look too modern, furniture is old, somewhat worn, we had cleansing issues with the bed drawers. They mention room safe in the rate plan, even in the room on a printed note, but there were no safety deposit box in our room. We told to reception, they promised answers, what we never got. This hotel needs to be reconciled.
