Everything was wonderful! The room was large with a wonderful view of the mountains. Breakfast was large and plentiful. The location was right next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the altstadt. Parking was convenient right below the hotel. The staff was very helpful as well.
I never like expensive parking at an expensive hotel, but there you go.

Everything, this hotel is exceptional. The view from bedroom and breakfast dining room is amazing.
The most comfortable bed we have ever slept, so relaxing.

Stunning view from room.
Housekeeping. Not clean room.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything you need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and services nearby, making it very convenient for both daily needs and exploring the city.
The air conditioning was quite weak, and the water had an unpleasant smell. These are areas that could be improved.
