Our stylish, approximately 37 m² premium apartment in the “Arber” building combines high-quality amenities, thoughtful comforts, and a setting close to nature to create a truly special stay. Located in the basement, this vacation apartment features direct access to the adjacent green spaces, offering the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors and enjoying peaceful downtime in a tranquil environment. The tastefully designed living and sleeping area is open, inviting, and functional all at once. A comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep, while a modern, large-screen TV provides top-notch entertainment. The dining area, featuring four chairs and an additional folding chair, invites you to enjoy meals together in a pleasant atmosphere. Additional amenities include a spacious closet, a dresser, free Wi-Fi, and modern radiators for a cozy living environment. A built-in bunk bed that sleeps up to three people makes the apartment particularly attractive for families or small travel groups. The bathroom is designed as a place of relaxation and features a bathtub with an integrated shower—ideal for unwinding and recharging after an active day. A hair dryer and soft, high-quality towels are, of course, provided free of charge. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and allows for comfortable, high-quality self-catering. It features a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The amenities are rounded out by a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the treetop trail, the summer toboggan run, ski rentals, and ski slopes. Numerous hiking trails and the high ropes course also invite you to enjoy unforgettable experiences. The “Esvogelnest” is located on the first floor of “Haus Arber” (with its own entrance) and is situated in “Haus Berghof,” right next to the “Predigtstuhl Resort.” As a guest, you can use the swimming pool free of charge during regular hours. One pet is allowed for a fee of 5 EUR per pet per night. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 2.30 EUR/day for guests 16 years and older; 1.40 EUR/day for guests aged 6–15; guests aged 0–5 are exempt from the tourist tax.
