Hello, dear guests—let our 74 m² home pamper you. Both bedrooms can each accommodate up to 4 people. This is made possible by the addition of loft beds in both bedrooms. This means even a larger family of up to eight can stay comfortably in our home without feeling cramped. And if you happen to have a restless night, you can also use the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
You’ll have access to a small restroom with a sink and a larger bathroom featuring a 90 cm x 120 cm luxury shower. Take advantage of the shower’s rain shower function to relax.
With the multifunctional, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and large dining area—nothing stands in the way of your culinary adventures. The patio with a kettle grill is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.
The spacious living area offers plenty of room for playing and relaxing. The TV, complete with a connected soundbar and DVD player, is perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the screen. The large corner sofa is ideal for fun game nights or cozy reading sessions. Thanks to the built-in pellet stove, you can safely enjoy the cozy warmth of a fire at the touch of a button—without having to light it, add wood, or clean up the ashes. The stove is easy to operate via a touchscreen display.

In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the children’s club offers games and movie screenings to keep them entertained.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly reception team is also happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff are happy to provide leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
