The house was giant for our family of 4 people - there was plenty of space to spread out. Everything inside was tasteful, free of clutter, and just enough modernization for comfort (without being inauthentic to culture and tradition). We weren't expecting AC - which was a nice surprise given the especially hot weather in Italy this August. The kitchen was helpful to make small snacks and quick meals since we were out of the house most of our days. The sunset views off the balcony were stunning. We also had a clear view of the Grotte di Nerone. There was a little rocky private beach that was perfect for short visit to splash around. The host was kind and helpful during the check-in process. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to the port of Anzio. Even our small kids had no problem doing this. Additionally, walking in the other direction away from the port had access to restaurants and other beaches. There is a local grocery store and train station to get into Rome very close-by.
The kitchen could have had a few more basic items for meal prep - food storage containers, cutting boards, paper towels or some towels for drying dishes. It fit our needs, but I could see others planning to cook more extensive meals needing more items. The internet didn't work for us - which wasn't a big deal because we had purchased a travel package on our phones anyway, but could be a problem for others.

Beliggenhet. Rolige omgivelser mellom hovedvei og sjøen. Privat, liten strand med solsenger og parasoll, som vi delte med noen få andre i boligkomplekset. Enkel og grei forklaring om fasilitetene ved overlevering av nøklene. Hyggelig vert. Grei avstand til sentrum, rundt 15 minutters gange. 3 min. til butikk med alt vi trengte av dagligvarer. Ok avstand til Roma, 1 time med tog. Aircondition på alle soverom, inkludert stua. Vi var 7 personer: 1 barn, 4 tenåringer og oss foreldere og det fungerte aldeles fint :-) Og verandaen var fantastisk, solnedgang i havet. Ja, det var helt nydelig. Og vi hadde residensen og området helt for oss selv, med låsbar port til resten av boligkomplekset.
Mulig prisen var litt høy, men likevel; definitivt verdt pengene ;-) Kanskje litt langt å gå til sentrum, men vi sjekket aldri bussmulighetene. Helt greit med den trimmen :-)

Localisation, vue, accès à la mer, communication facile avec l'hôte.
Quelques consommables de cuisine à l'arrivée auraient été un plus (sel, huile d'olive etc), mais dans l'ensemble tout était super !

La villetta è bellissima, confortevole, dotata di tutto ciò che serve e ha una terrazza meravigliosa che affaccia sul mare, super rilassante e comoda. Il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissima
Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto. Non ci è piaciuta invece la città di Anzio.
