Other things to keep in mind
Quiet areaarea, near the sea and just a stone’s throw from points of interest such as Anzio and Nettuno, Albano, Genzano, Frascati, Nemi, Nero’s Villa, and the Landriana Gardens—all accessible by bus. To visit Rome, there’s a convenient train station 1.4 km from the villa. (For our guests, we can arrange for a tour guide to the places mentioned, especially for Rome.)
Just a few meters from the villa, you’ll find a sports club with a pool, a grocery store offering ready-to-eat meals, a beauty salon, and a fully equipped pine forest playground called “Piazza Roma,” featuring inflatable rides, carousels, and other attractions.
Retail stores in the immediate vicinity (pharmacy, post office, bank, cafes, and pubs) are within walking distance, and shopping centers are just a short drive away to meet all your needs.
Entertainment centers and shopping destinations such as Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, and the Castel Romano Outlet are a 15-minute drive away; Rome is 30 minutes away. Car and motorcycle rentals are available 200 meters from the villa, and bicycles can be rented on-site.
