The staff was amazing.

I feel like we did not receive the best experience as when we were leaving we over heard a new guest being told where their restaurant was and a voucher to use. We had not been told this in the 4 nights we stayed so that was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice hotel with limited facilities in line with a 2 star but they cleaned our room every day which was very nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like but this is very personal but I got to sleep nevertheless. You are on the beach in a short walk and it is very well located. The room is very small but very nicely decorated.

Perfect stay at Gjelina hotel! First off, the location can't be beat, steps away from the beach and the heart of Venice. This was an absolutely ideal hotel for my trip, the rooms were very clean and had a great aesthetic, very nice and friendly staff, and such nice touches of little luxury to really enhance the stay (from fresh coffee/juice/pastries in the morning, to high quality robes, to complimentary teas, etc). Very well designed and well thought out hotel. Highly recommend!
