Location is really top: 10m from beach. The room itself was pretty big and clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should, I didn't experience any problems. Ocean was visible from the room.
The room had no AC, which was fine for me, since weather was not too hot. It had fan, which I didn't use. Not sure how good or bad it helps in the summer.

Bed was comfortable
Short distance to the beach
The steamer
One window was broken in a way that it was very wonky and wouldn't stay open and some metal bit fell out of it
The room itself looked very ran down
The bathroom looked like it was stuck in the 60s and shower head was practically in the same height as your head (and I'm short!) so you had to crouch under
The area at night did not seem safe - so many crackheads and homeless people around. Night time was very quite different to day time...
