The hotel is very well located, clean, and the breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options.
However, there is one important thing to be aware of: watch out for the prices. We had an unpleasant experience at the bar. The normal price of a beer in Vietnam is around 35,000 VND, but here we were charged 120,000 VND—more than three times the usual price.
We traveled throughout Vietnam for more than three weeks, and neither hotels nor bars anywhere else charged us anything close to that amount.

This place is great. It has a very central location in the old quarter and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!

Our second time here passing through Hanoi and it was exceptional the first time so we booked it again. An even better room this time (though the first was great). The staff are just incredible, the staff training must be of a really high standard. I’ve raved about it all in a review when we stayed in June and alongside Jun and An Le there are so many other people working here that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The doormen are fab. It feels like 5 star but at a much more affordable price! Perfect location for everything and fantastic buffet style breakfast…so much choice.
