DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

It was quiet at night.

It was dirty. The furniture was filthy. The mattresses were stained and had hair on them. The sheets were clean but did not stay over the mattress so you ended up lying partly on the dirty mattress. The blinds in some rooms were missing slats so no privacy! The showers were dirty and there was still hair on the tiles and door frame. It looked like someone had wiped their nose pickings on the wall next to the door to the ensuite. (I have a photo). The whole house smelt strongly of bleach! The dining chairs were so rickety we couldn't sit on them without fear of them collapsing. The floor was full of dried drops of coffee or tea. We did not use any of the kitchen facilities because of the state of the place. The fridge had mold in it! The kitchen sink did not drain quickly. The lounge furniture comprised of a chair and two seater couch that was so dirty with old tissues and other rubbish left under the cushions. This seating does not suit a 5 bedroom house with beds for 12 people. The outside area was equally dirty with hangers and a filthy cushion left on the outdoor dining table. We bought takeaway and used wooden cutlery from the takeaway place as we were too scared to use anything in this place. In the driveway out the front, they had left an old vape and a cigarette packet that was thrown in the garden.. The lock box that held the property k we you was difficult to operate!

Accomodation needs improvements.

The location of the accommodation is strategic and close to the Perth city and Cannington town.

The accomodation is not clean. The sponge and the kitchen rug are not prepared. The host left the un- used toiletries of previous guests. The pots, are not well- arranged. I think this accomodation does not meet the standard of accomodation facility in Western Australia.

The location and space was good

The ducted air conditioning didn’t work . There were 2 bedrooms that had wall aircon that worked as well as lounge room but the other 3 bedrooms had no working air conditioning which made for an uncomfortable stay. There were no toilet roll holders one bathroom had no towel rails and the other was taped together. There were very few lights working in the property. One queen bed only had a single cover. The towels were worn and small. No instructions on how to operate any of the electrical equipment.

The location and house on it self very nice The air conditioner works very good.

There are 5 bedrooms with only place for 3 to sit in the living room with only 3 chairs at the dining table We were 10 people living there so a bit uncomfortable We had to unpack the dishwasher on arrival and there was still dirty plates in the cupboard So we washed everything before we used it. It is a lovely property but need a lot of TLC and a proper clean. There is a lot of dust under the beds with lost property like shoes and socks from previous renters so not a good look The yard in front also not very clean and the garden needs maintenance

Ample rooms, of decent standard.
