The location of this property was in a quiet location within walking proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and river walks. Secure parking was mostly available (but unavailable on the weekend). Good sized kitchen with all the necessary equipment for self-catering was provided. The king sized bed was very comfortable.
We requested (via a message to the property owners at the time of booking) two bedside tables but did not receive two; just the one table as displayed in their images. Two would be standard in any hotel room, and was required for night time medical devices. We had to improvise and place a dining chair next to the bed. One towel hook and limited towel rails in the bathroom, meant that we needed to wash and dry the towels daily (the washer/dryer drying cycle was 2 hours long, being the only drying program that worked) and was inconvenient for a longer stay. Also it would have been nice to have been provided enough tea bags and coffee pods for a six night stay, these items are normally replenished daily in a hotel of the same cost/standard. The windows and balcony door lacked insect screens so not possible to leave open at night. We believe these are quite easily addressed issues and could significantly improve our rating and provide incentive for us to return here as we are very regular visitors to this area.

Digital key self check in was soooo easy! I used this key the whole duration of our stay. The aircon was good also , everything was so easy to use and convenient

Room was clean , enough amenities there. Good location .
The room is small. Squeezing the bed between 2 cabinets is damgerous- would not take much to hit your head against the cabinet. Car park facilities woefully inadequate. Yes I know we are advised that there are limited slots but we just could not get slots everyday ! Better you list your property as having almost no car park slots. The app does not work v well in terms of operating the lift and door. Has to be tapped numerous times.
